Overview
The Pacific Rim Mentorship Program is a six-month opportunity designed to support emerging and mid-career artists working in sculpture and three-dimensional practices. By pairing mentees with established PRS members, the program fosters meaningful exchange across generations of artists grounded in material, process, and professional development.
This program centers sculpture in its many forms, including traditional, experimental, interdisciplinary, and expanded approaches. It creates space for dialogue around making, exhibiting, and sustaining a creative practice.
Mentorship is understood here as a reciprocal relationship. While mentees gain guidance, insight, and support, mentors are also invited into a dynamic exchange of ideas, perspectives, and evolving approaches to contemporary sculpture.
